The company began with a simple observation: demographic change is the most predictable large force in economics, and yet most business and policy planning treats it as background noise. The workers of two decades hence have already been born; the consumers, savers and retirees of mid-century are alive today. That predictability is an asset — if the data and models exist to use it.

After nearly three decades of development, the coverage is now 109 countries, plus China National, Province and Prefecture Level, including Province and Prefecture Capitals. Urban and rural populations are shown separately where relevant. The models forecast to 2065, linking population to education, employment, productivity, GDP, incomes and spending in one consistent system.
